Sitter Job in Somerset, New Jersey

My name is Priya and I am the mother of 2-year old twin toddlers - Adithya, my son; and Divya, my daughter. I hired a wonderful nanny who has been with us for awhile. Unfortunately, she has some personal issues which have impacted her attendance. I'm looking for a full-time nanny to take care of them from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. During that time, they have breakfast at 8/8:30 am, usually have lunch around 12:30 pm, then take a bath right before their 1 nap which usually starts between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. I am looking for someone well-versed in meal preparation, and feeding. I don't allow them any screen time so I'm looking for someone to play with them and do different activities to keep them occupied - our current nanny and I have been following a Montessori for toddlers curriculum in designing activities for them. I would like to have someone who would be willing to create a more structured but creative learning environment designed based on the Montessori method of teaching. My kids are very enthusiastic learners and have been doing activities at the 3-6 year old Montessori curriculum. Aside from that I'm also looking for light house work such as maintaining their play area and nursery, putting away their laundry, keeping the kitchen clean after their meals, cutting vegetables, etc. I would love to hear from you!
