I do it all from personally assisting a family to meet all their needs on a daily basis. Going grocery shopping receiving shipments scheduling maintenance answering calls computer work dry cleaning etc and as far as a nanny I have over 10 years experience with infants I feed change do things according to their developmental milestones put them down for naps sing read interact take them for walks play dates do their laundry tidy up their toys sanitize load and unload dishwasher etc I'll even stay over time if needed!
