I've always had a passion for caring and helping children. The little ones always bring me joy and enthusiasm, especially when they start to discover and explore the world around them. Personally, I believe some of my passion came from watching my own grandmothers work as a full-time nanny for families while I was growing up. Particularly, I'm searching for a Full-time job as a live-out nanny. But, I'm also available to occasional babysitting and additional part- time help. I've been involved in programs and activities with children, such as bible school, weekday child church programs, and volunteering for an organization. I've obtained surplus skills from babysitting for relatives, close family friends, and neighbors. Additionally, I worked at a church in the nursery where I received additional knowledge of child discipline and safe environments & conditions, in addition to the parents' and children's individual needs. I'm great with organization, maintaining a stable schedule, arts and crafts, pets, reading, coloring/drawing, creative writing, brainstorming, educational activities, and adapting to new situations. I believe commitment, safety, preparation, patience, loyality, responsibility, adherence, innovation, and dedication are necessary of a caregiver. Those essential skills give me the ability to provide your children with only the best, quality care. I'm a very lively, engaged, fun, and energetic babysitter, but I understand the importance of maintaining proper discipline. My schedule is very flexible and I'm able to start work immediately.
