Our incredible nanny, Koy, will be available soon. Only a need to relocate to a different part of the country is causing us to part ways, and sadly so. We were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to invite her into our home and she has proven to be a wonderful addition to our family. Koy has helped care for our 2-year old since he was 6-months old. They formed a close bond within days. And he out-and-out adores her, as do we. Their relationship has been something most special to behold. Koy -- a mother of six and grandmother of nine -- is calm, gentle, warm, and immensely knowledgeable. She is safe, punctual, dependable, responsible, and flexible. She is masterful at teaching through play. And she has the most kindhearted and happy disposition. She loves what she does and is brilliant at it. Koy is quite familiar with the East Bay and enjoys taking our son on all sorts of outings. They go for strolls down and around College Avenue, visit local parks, attend library events, and take part in music classes. Koy would prefer to care for an infant or young toddler. She would like to work 3-4 full or half days but may be amenable to other arrangements. And she can begin the second week of November. Her rate is $15 per hour.
