Sitter in Gaithersburg, Maryland

Maia's Play Place is a family childcare center located in Gaithersburg, MD. We are dedicated to providing high quality early childhood education. We are a Reggio Inspired program that uses a Maryland State Department of Education approved curriculum, The Creative Curriculum. On a daily basis the children are involved in activities which; strengthen their social/emotional skills, enhance their physical development, and develop their cognitive and literacy abilities. The children are actively engaged in exploring their indoor and outdoor classroom throughout the day. Our schedule includes two outdoor play times of an hour, homemade breakfast and lunch, science exploration, cooking projects, music and the Arts, as well as language and math.
