I am an active and healthy grandmother of four, mother of three, with many years of childcare experience. My youngest granddaughter was born a micro preemie at 24 weeks and weighed just 1 pound, 6 ounces! I cared for her when she was finally able to come home from the NICU until she caught up developmentally to her chronological age. So, in addition to standard childcare knowledge, I also have a background with a special needs infant, which includes having been trained in CPR and the usage of oxygen and a nebulizer. I love children…I am kind, patient, fun, unflappable, educated, flexible…but, above all, have the skills necessary to put your mind at ease when your child is in my care. I can provide a current background check and proof of a perfect driving record, if necessary. I can also provide you with references…people who can attest to my dedicated and nurturing nature. I currently have a flexible schedule and I have reliable transportation.
