At Mi Escuelita en Español children receive love, nurturing and personal security in a home-like quality environment. Our goal is to respect, support and guide each child according to their temperament, abilities and needs. We have a passionate commitment to promoting the Spanish Language to young children while having fun. We provide English-speaking children with a wonderful introduction to a second language and to help Spanish-speaking children maintain their native language. Our daily activities reflect out belief that natural play lays the foundation for educational development. We promote each child's social, emotional and cognitive development in positive ways while engaging their innate curiosity and creativity. We give children the opportunity to play with natural materials and choose from a variety of activities designed to encourage oral expression, cultural exploration, art, dance, math, science, gardening, baking, reading, writing and imaginative play.
