Sitter in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio

Hi everyone! My name is Sharon. I am a wife and mother of 5 children. For the last 15 years I was a manager /nurse for group homes for persons with Mental retardation/Developmental disabilities (children through adulthood). I loved my job, but unfortunately a group of us were laid off. Since then, I have been at home running around playing and singing the alphabet song with my 3 yr old contemplating my future (all my other children are older 12, 16, ... and at school all day.) I realized I LOVE staying at home, going to the park, playing, teaching...all the things I used to do when my oldest daughter was young, before I started my career, and I watched kids all day. It's what I want to do again. It's where my heart lies. It's perfect. I have a supportive family, a nice sized house with plenty of room, toys-play and educational, experience with kids of all ages and running an in home daycare, a big-almost fenced in- backyard and plenty of energy, patience, and love. The only thing I don't have...the kids. All of my friends are older. I was the "crazy" one in my circle to have another baby at the age of...well lets just say I'm a bit above the average age to have a 3 yr old running around and my oldest is 20- I'm sure you can do the math. I no longer know anyone that has little itty bitty ones that need watched during the day. I have good rates, sibling discounts, free meals (unless they are on a special diet or baby food), very little if any TV time. I would like only 1st shifters please (anytime between 7a-5/6p)- since I do have 5 of my own, if I have 4-5 other kids then my kids come home from school, no one would be getting the correct attention and care with 10 or so kids versus me plus making dinner and homework time, etc. If you feel I might be the kind of person you are looking for or just have questions, please feel free to call, text, or email!
