I am a 19 year old nanny, who is very mature for her age and has that natural mother's instinct. I have a huge heart and strong passion for working with children and hope to make a future career out of it. Some experience that I have is working as a summer camp counselor, being a youth mentor, babysitter, and a nanny for several families. Currently I am a part time student studying Psychology online and I feel that being a nanny will give me great career prep. My childcare style is to provide children with a great learning experience in a fun, cheerful and friendly environment.Also my personal philosophy is that when working with the child in order to receive respect, respect must be given which enables the child to learn self respect, respect for others, and respect for their surroundings. Overall I have a strong passion for working with kids and I hope to make it a future career.
