Sitter Job in Chicago, Illinois

We are looking for home childcare for three to four days a week starting in August of 2013. My son is currently 6 months old, but was born 12 weeks prematurely so developmentally currently at about a 3 to 4 month level. We are looking for a reliable caregiver who would make a good long term fit. We are looking for someone who will interact, play games with and teach our child throughout the day, as well as someone who will be affectionate with him and encourage nap time. Specific days of the week to be determined. Would need to provide references and pass background check. It would be ideal if you could start some occasional babysitting in July so our son could get used to the transition.
