I started to nanny when I had my daughter almost 8 years ago. It made it possible for me to work and be home with her. Now my children are in school full time, but I still need to be able to be home for school vacations or sick days. I have everything I would to watch an infant or older children as well. Large play room, extra beds or crib for nap time.
