My name is Paige, I'm 20 years old. I've been working with children all my life and got my CNA license about a year ago and have been working with adults since then. I have been a nanny for a few different families and baby sat many children through out the years. I worked in a daycare with a ratio of 7 to 1. I can take on a group of kids and be fine with it! I love getting down on the floor and playing with babies and cars and making the kids laugh! I love to watch them grow and play each day and learn new things. I am always looking for fun things to do everyday, I love doing crafts with the kids and letting them do the work so it's their creation. I'm not big on time outs, I redirect them and talk to them and ask what's going on when they are upset. I make sure the children are always safe and having a fun time! I can do house keeping, meal prep, diaper changes, trips to the park, errands, anything that's needed! I currently do not have a car but will in the near future. My goal is to leave the kids smiling and wanting me to come back and play!
