Sitter Job in Las Vegas, Nevada

I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 children. Some light housekeeping is required (picking up toys, the kid's dishes, putting kid's clothes away). Responsibilities would include meal prep. A car is not provided - please have your own. We might ask you to take our kids to the park, museum, ect a few times a week (we would pay the expenses). We'll need some laundry help now and again for the kid's clothes only. Please be a fan of outdoor activities. We'd like someone who enjoys playing games with our kids. Looking to hire someone who encourages reading. An interest in music and drama is a plus. Arts and crafts lovers are strongly encouraged to apply! I am especially hoping to find someone that can be firm (but caring!) w/ my son (he is currently 2 yrs old). Ever since his sister was born last August he has begun acting out. You can't be afraid to discipline him, as long as we're on the same page as to what discipline is appropriate. Caregiver MUST be to my house no later than 7am for me to go to work, Monday thru Friday & be able to work until 5pm, at the latest. My husband owns his own company so there will be days he get's home early. Pay is either $250 a week under the table or $350 as a 1099, in which case you will have to provide valid ID & social security card. There is some room for negotiation. Special allowances can be made to allow ONE maybe TWO of your children to come to work with you as long as they are being nice / careful with my children & you are able to provide my children with the same level of care if your kids weren't there.
