Sitter Job in Everett, Washington

I am a very proactive mother looking for a nanny for my amazing 4 year old daughter. I live in south Everett with my fiance. I need a nanny for a permanent position Monday thru Thursday 815 am to 230 pm, with possible friday same times. I am looking for a positive female role model who will encourage my daughter to be herself, learn,and grow into an amazing young lady. I would like a nanny at my home, where maddison is more comfortable. She is going to home school online, so her nanny would need to be able to assist her with education, prepare lunch, and be an amazing friend and mentor. She loves singing dancing, playing outside, her chalkboard, drawing, learning, practicing her letters and numbers. I would like to find someone asap.
