Sitter Job in Norfolk, Virginia

I'm in the military father of three. My wife are separated due to military orders. She has two boys with her (ages 5 & 11) and I have one boy with me (age 6). Due to this unique situation and my unpreditable work schedule I need someone reliable, reasonable, and experienced to look after my boy. My work schedule is subject to change daily. So I will need to find someone who is fixable. As of now I have the little guy in a summer/ day care program which operates from 6am-6pm. For the time being all I really need is someone who can take care of him after 6pm. Once school starts I plan on enrolling him in a before or aftercare program unless I can find a nanny/ sitter suitable for that duty and the ones previously decribed.
