I have been employed as a full time nanny for 20 years. In that time I have worked for four families (an average of 5 years per family), caring for 1 to 4 children, ranging in age from newborn to 14 years. In caring for the children, I read daily, go on walks, do crafts, and plan activities. My duties have included planning and preparing children's meals, keeping children's areas and kitchen straightened, and doing the children's laundry.
