I've been caring for children since I was 10 years old and I absolutely adore kids. I have 12 little cousins that I've cared for since birth. I've also worked with children with disabilities, including autism and cerebral palsy. My first experience as a nanny includes twin girls, who I was with from the time they were 1-week-old (August 2010) until they were 2 1/2 (April 2012). Currently, I am a nanny for three children (ages 8, 6, and 3) and I am seeking work in the Orlando area for my move to Florida at the end of May of this year. I am passionate about children because I love feeling like I am helping them to grow and develop as people. I like to see children that I have worked with in the past and seeing how they've grown and who they are becoming. I am first-aid and CPR certified, am a non-smoker, and an animal lover as well. I enjoy arts and crafts time, baking/cooking, educational field trips, and trips to the park, pool, and library. I like to utilize children's imaginations, so I try to watch less than one hour of television per week (or none at all, if possible). Music, games, and structured and imaginative playtime have always been a core part of my work with children.
