Hello! My name is Kiana. I have been in the child care industry for 4 years. I have experience with infants to children that are 6 years of age. I have been a lead teacher for 3 years and have been a nanny for the past 5 months. I started in high school by taking Child Development Classes 1 through 3. From there, I did an internship at an elementary school. Following my graduation, I worked at several licensed child card facilities. I floated in all age groups before becoming a lead teacher in the 4 year old classroom. In the classroom, I taught my students a national accredited curriculum. I taught math, reading & literacy, science, social studies and handwriting. I then went on to become a nanny to an infant who is now 6 months old. Below are several of my qualifications: -90 clock hour certificate -CPR/First Aid certificate -Medication Administration certificate -Maryland Office of Child Care Certified Teacher Because of my experience as a Lead teacher, I am a great multi tasker, I am a planner, and I have experience wit multiple children.
