Sitter Job in Salem, Oregon

My name is Jennifer and I am loking for a summer sitter for my three beautiful children. I do not have a set schedule at work but I need someone who is caring and loving to watch my kids on the weekdays I do work. I receive my work schedule 2 weeks in advance so it would not be a spare of the moment thing. Lets talk about the kiddos: I have an 8 month old who is the easiest and happy baby. She always wants to play and is always smiling. She's a sweetheart. I also have a 5 year old step son who is awesome. He is a big help with his little sister and keeps her entertained. He loves to play outside and go to the park (we live right next to a park). And last but not least, I have an 11 year old step daughter. She is very mature for her age and does not really need to be watched. She knows the rules and follows them well. She is a HUGE help when it comes to her little brother and baby sister. She loves to help. The money situation will have to be discusssed. We just upscaled to a bigger place and are tight on money for the moment. A student who is lookign for a summer babysitting job with the weekends off would be perfect for this job. I prefer if I could get somebody to watch the kids at my house, it owuld be easier inmany ways (kids have their own bedrooms and toys to play with, and they are familiar with the area). I would like to find someone who is CPR and First-Aid trained but it is not a must. Thank you for your time! I look forward to hearing from you.
