Sitter Job in Azusa, California

I need someone Monday-Thursday, 6pm-10pm, and Friday 6pm-9pm, who can prepare basic meals for 2 people (not too meat heavy, more on vegetables and generally healthy meals), do light cleaning of the house (tidying, dusting, sweeping, and mopping the floor of a 3 bedrooms, 2 baths house), do the laundry (washing, drying, and folding/hanging), and care for my pets (2 friendly large dogs: feeding and and giving them water, cleaning up their waste, and taking them out on a short walk ~ 15 minutes; a cat: feeding and giving her water, and changing her litter box weekly; a guinea pig: feeding and giving him water, and changing his bedding weekly.) During school year, I need you to pick up and keep an eye on my kid (pre-teen) while carrying out the duties described above. Occasional babysitting may also be needed in the summer during the hours listed as well. Thank you.
