Need reliable drop-in sitter for snow and non-school days

I have two children that will be attending pre-school and 2nd grade this August. I do not have family nearby to help me and I can't miss work on non-school days or snowy days. So I am really hoping to find a reliable sitter I can trust and use on short notice when school is cancelled as well as for scheduled days off school. we will be living between Granville and Pataskala off 16 and I work in Newark. I would be willing to bring them to someone's safe, clean, kid-friendly home within 10 miles. Or someone could come to our home if you have reliable transportation and I can count on snow driving :)
If you can also Help with illness this would be a HUGE plus! When too sick for school or school calls me to pickup...
