Sitter Job in Medford, Oregon

We need a caregiver for our 20 month old angel. I just started a private gym and am working on building clientele and my husband works 14 hour nights Thursday-Monday so he needs his rest in the morning. When we need a sitter early morning my husband will be at home resting most if the time. Our little man is very active, has great balance and is a rough and tumble little boy. We have not mastered the potty training thing yet but it is a work in progress. We are trying EC. Depending on the time of day we need him looked after you made need to prep some meals or put him down for a nap. He loves food and generally goes down for his nap easily. He understands time outs on the couch when he is being naughty or throwing tantrums so he is really quite easy to deal with. He is our angel and we are protective but we don't keep "the baby in a bubble" too much. We would need him watched at our home and he is not to go in a car with anyone but mom and dad. He loves to play outside when it isn't so cold or raining. He does not yet know how to swim. We need a sitter regularly Monday through Friday. Mainly in the morning and some early afternoons (I am normally home by 3:00p). On Thursday we also need someone from 6:30p to about 9pm in addition to the regular Thursday morning.
