Sitter Job in Clinton, Maryland

We are looking for someone to watch our 2 year old daughter at home. She is high energy and very smart, so we need someone who is creative and can constantly challenge her to keep learning. I work from home but occasionally I need to go into DC for meetings so flexibility is key. Most days would be from 10am to 5pm but there may be some early mornings or late evenings needed. A live-in situation is possible for students looking for housing. We are about 30 mins from Capitol Hill in Southern, MD. A part-time babysitter for weekday / weekend date nights is also needed.
