Sitter Job in Columbia, Maryland

My name is Jess. I am a stay at home mom to 2 energetic, friendly and super loving girls!! I've always done everything myself but just recently I realized that I can't do it all! I'm super exhausted and truly need extra hands. I feel bad because my oldest 4 needs to be stimulated a lot of course!! And my 14 month needs me constantly. I am not able to constantly interact/ stimulate because either my attention has to be devoted to one at that particular time or I have to attend to meals/cleaning ect. So if I can get someone to call me and perhaps give me some ideas or is interested in joining me in my journey at home that would be terrific!! I've never had a sitter so I am very over protective ., this is a big challenge for me to sort of let go on the doing everything attitude!! I can't try to be super mom anymore!!
