I have 14 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings including 2 years as a state registered child care provider, 2 years in child care facilities, and 5 years of volunteering at church in the nurseries. Also, many training and classes in child development. I am CPR, First Aid, and Infant CPR certified. My love has always been with children, which is why I started my own in home daycare 3 years ago. My three school aged children and I are currently in the process to move to Knoxville on August 1st. My home is located within walking distance to West Elementary. Since this will be your child's home away from home, I provide a safe, caring, and homelike atmosphere for your child while at the same time providing for their physical, intellectual, emotional and social development skills. My business hours are very flexible to include before/after school care, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Whenever YOU need someone who you can TRUST with your child. - I have very reasonable rates with both part time and full time care starting at $3.00 an hour. - We learn shapes, numbers, the alphabet, sing-a-long songs, sign language, animals, listening and sharing exercises. - Each day is scheduled to include educational activities, even time to complete homework from school...so you don't have to :-) - I do different themes each month to keep your child learning and growing! - I provide at least 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, plus more if needed. - Weather permitting, I try to include outdoor activities each day to play, learn and grow! - I keep a daily log for all children that inform you about your child's day each day - Smoke free home - References upon request - Daily and Monthly Schedules including group outings, meal planning, vacation and holidays! - End of month receipts as well as Yearly Tax statements are provided!
