I am a mid fifties gal who wants to stand around in your backyard with your newborn in a front sling, swaying slightly and singing, until the colic goes away. I am that unusual person who likes babies. I only had two of my own, I really never had enough of it. It occurred to me one day that someone might want to put me to good use while I decide whether or not California is better than Colorado. In the fourteen or so hours that your children will concede is my day off, I intend to find a fixer upper house that I can buy in the Los Angeles area. It has been so long since I have been out there, it's going to take me months just to figure out which end is up, real estate wise. I will have to either rent while I look, or, I had this thought, is there perhaps someone with a baby, or two, or three, who really needs an old but game gal this year to help out? What I have going for me is 1. No alcohol or pill dependencies, never did, just not my thing. 2. A clean criminal record, despite all these years on the planet. 3. A clean driver's license and record, although I am from out of state and will have to be shown the local ropes. 4. College graduate. 5. I cook and I clean, and I like it. 6. Creative- fifteen summers of children's professional theatre. I solve problems rapidly and calmly. Safety girl. References available.
