Hello my name is Ashley! I am 19 years old and more than qualified for the job. I have three nieces (4,6,8) and a six year old little sister. That being said, I would prefer children who are already potty trained. I do watch after them a lot on my own and it has always been very successful ( I have references that can back me up)I have a day job that ends at 6:30 so anytime after that on week days I can be available and I am also available anytime on weekends.
