Sitter Job in Idaho Falls, Idaho

I am looking for a reliable person to take care of my three boys while I am working. I don't know why days I will be working yet, but it will be from around five pm to one thirty am. I will randomly drug test, I need references and you must have your own transportation. I don't get paid by the hour so it all depends on if it's a good night or not. If it was a good night and you did a good job, maybe you did something extra, I will give you generous tips. If it was a bad night, I may ask to pay you next time. I WILL ALWAYS PAY YOU WHAT YOU ARE OWED. It just might not be every single night. My two older boys 1 and 2 years old, will need to go to bed around seven so most of the care you would be providing would go to my one month old. I don't mind you watching tv or something when the kids are sleeping but please no headphones. You need to be able to hear the baby cry. Please be flexible as well.
