Sitter in Denton, Texas

Do you work nights or need a grown-up night out? Have a graveyard shift or need a date night? I offer evening care in the comfort of my Denton home! Any Night: 8pm - 8am $40 total for first child $60 total for two children $10 added for each extra child after that *** I only watch children from one family at a time *** We do not watch adult television (no rated R) and we like to spend time having fun playing board games, building with Legos, coloring, reading or - for the energetic set - enjoying a quick visit to the playground (a block away from us) just prior to bedtime (between 9-10 pm depending on age) to burn off some extra energy. If you need your child bussed to school in the morning, I can have them ready to board the bus from our home, after you arrange it. If you prefer I drive them to school, there is an added $5 for gas (only within Denton). Please clearly specify if you want me to drop them off to the yard duty teacher or personally walk them to their classroom. Either way works for me! I do have seatbelts but I would need a car seat/booster for children requiring them. I only watch children from one family at a time. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home. In the past, I ran a daycare and afterschool program for years, taught in classrooms many years (music), I still teach private piano lessons, and I have three children of my own, including my high-functioning autistic son. I have experience with hearing impaired, autistic and seizure prone children. However, my home is not wheelchair friendly (sorry). So, children have been my life! I have wonderful references and would be happy to show you my home before you make a final decision. In choosing who cares for your child, it's important to find the right match for your family.
