Hi! My name is Diana and I am a Certified Child Sleep Consultant. My business is called Big Sky Lullaby and my website is www.....com My primary goal is to educate new and experienced parents about how to promote healthy sleep habits for their entire family. I offer compassionate, research-based advice for common problems such as scheduling, night waking, night fears and terrors, bedtime battles, getting out of bed, poor napping and lots more! I specialize in helping parents create a healthy routine in order to make sure that their children are taking the proper amounts of naps for their age, and that the naps are occurring during their biological sleep waves in order to accomplish the best quality of rest possible. I have many options to chose from on my website but my most popular is my "In-Home Consultation" When hired, the process begins by setting up a time to speak where I will ask you some initial questions and get an idea of your parenting style. After this conversation I will send you an intake form to fill out about your child's current sleep habits and the goals that you wish to accomplish during our time together. After I receive the intake form back, I use the information provided to create a detailed 14 day, step by step sleep plan. We then schedule a time for our face-to-face meeting where I present the sleep plan to you and go over it in detail. I am also available for constant support throughout the two week process. A follow up packet of information is provided after the two weeks are finished including tips and suggestions on how to handle sleep milestones such as transferring to a toddler bed,advice on how to maintain a healthy sleep schedule while on vacation, during the holidays, after daylight savings, etc. The services I offer include Private (face-to-face) Consultations, Sleep Lessons, New Parent Tutorials, Seminars and Trainings.
