1 opening my home Full time 7am - 5pm $200 per week Daily Routine: 8:30 Brearkfast (Flax seed oatmeal, bananas & soy milk) Brush Teeth 9:00-10:... Outdoor exercise, gardening 10:00-11...Playtime (puzzles, blocks, music and story time ) 11:30-12... Learning Video 12:30 Lunch (tofu hotdog whole grain buns or tofu spaghetti) Brush Teeth 1:00-3:00 Kukui Nut Oil & Lavender Massage, soft music and rest 3:30 Snack Veggie Fruit Juice made in Nutribullet or Juicer(spinach, apples, oranges, celery, cucumbers) 4:00-5:00 playtime! This is an example of my 16 month old son's routine. He drinks water or soy milk Other menu list Breakfast range from: wheat gluten & GMO FREE pancakes & pure maple suryup, eggs & soy protein bacon, banana nut muffins, millet cereal or Flaxseed Oatmeal Lunches range from: vegetable tofu chili and veggie cheese, salmon and brown rice, soba noodles green onions and nori seaweed, meatless Shepard pie with veggies and cheese, grilled cheese sandwich Snack: Greek yogurt, fruit salad, Newman's Oreo cookie, lemonade cucumber frozen sweet pops, nori chip, apple chips Drinks: fresh from the trees outside... Lemonade, orange juice, vitamin waters with watermelon, blueberries, pineapple *We eat mostly meatless, rare occasions we will have meats. Also, I do support Certain egg farms or farmers that treat their animals in a humane cruelty free environment. As well as support some local fishermen and farm raised salmon. I believe in feeding my son the best food to keep him healthy and prevent future disease. Teach him to be kind and loving. Freedom to think and make choices but to understand boundaries and have consequences if doesn't follow house rules.
