I am a responsible, diligent, 39 year old with an eye for detail, and old-fashioned work ethics. I am looking for anyone who may need home cleaning, childcare and eldercare, errands or odd jobs of any sort, assistance with laundry, petsitting and walking, and grocery shopping. Or anything else you may need. I am also willing to pet sit some animals in my own home. I can offer personal references for my reputation, and I am building references for my services as I receive jobs. My fee is negotiable with the exception of deep or "spring" cleaning I would prefer to quote these instances first), I would also ask for gas to be reimbursed for any errands you may need to be done for you (for errands only). I am also happy to discuss a flat daily rate for some jobs. I do have a flexible schedule and can usually be available when it is convenient for you.
