Sitter in Chico, California

My schedule is completely open. I had a family lined up to start full time hours in August, but they told me a couple weeks ago they couldn't keep me. I gave up my previous families for this job I was planning to get, but in the mean time they have made other arrangements and aren't going to be using me anymore either, as their children have all transitioned to preschool, etc. I am in need of finding a new family soon. I have been caring for kids for 15 years now (ages 4 months to 10 years). I am married with no children of my own yet and not currently a student. I have taken a number of early childhood education classes recently. I have done the friends and family CPR class (infants & young children) with Enloe. I love the outdoors and going for walks. I love reading books (story time at the library too), being crafty and playing all sorts of games. I would love to help with homework. I have a reliable car. I am good with food prep. I love cleaning and organizing. I am a firm believer in choices and encouragement. I am a Christian with strong morals. I can be flexible with hours if/as needed. I am also not a smoker and I love pets. Care giving is my occupation and so I give it my all and am reliable. I have no problem watching sick kiddos :) I believe its important to build good relationship with the families I work with and love it when I feel as though I have become apart of those families. I also have a good friend lined up who can cover times/days for me if I am unable to work. She has 10 years of caring experience as well, but prefers more of the fill-in type work.
