Sitter Job in Apple Valley, Minnesota

So I start a new job on the 24th of this month. And I will need childcare for a wonderful 3 year old little princess. She is potty trained and full of energy. However, I do split custody 50/50 with her mother, it typically works out to every other week, however, she doesn't always pick her up on the days hat she is suppose to. I'm also not sure the hours that I will be working, because it is a management position, the hours will be scattered. I can typically have somebody pick her up in the early evening however.
