Sitter Job in Cupertino, California

Hi, My son is a fourth grader, very independent , who need pick up from school and need some help with homework. I also have a high schooler, who is independent and doesn't need any care. But I need help with picking up both kids, give them snacks, and take them to activities, until I come back from work by 5:30 - 6pm. So it's 2:30 - 6pm, Monday - Friday, located in Cupertino. I need some light help with some chores too. So I am looking for someone with experience with school kids and also have their own transportation, driving license and good driving records.
