Sitter in Keizer, Oregon

I have a lot of experience watching children. Not only am I good at communicating with them, but I also truly enjoy the company of children. I was a second mom to my younger sister, helping my single mom, through her toddler years. I also have helped two different churches with children's activities. One was Keizer Christian Church in which I attended a week long Bible week for kids as a volunteer for a group of 7-10 preschool aged kids. The other church I volunteered at is my sisters private christian school/church for a year to be the art teacher for her class, which was first to second grade, once a week. I also still to this day volunteer regularly at her school for other school events or to teach. I truly enjoy helping children learn and/or overcome behavioral issues if need be. I also just like an afternoon taking children to the park to play, or drawing/coloring with snacks. Children have always liked me as I myself am a child at heart and tend to be playful in the way kids love. I'm hoping to be a part-time or full-time in home childcare provider, or even just a regular babysitter to call when you need a night out.
