Precious Blessings Daycare Home I provide a loving and nurturing environment for children to grow to their fullest potential. Through my 22 years of service I have raised over 150 children. Preparing the children for school is my main focus, beginning with reading and math skills at a very early age. We enjoy learning in fun and exiting ways in teachable moments. Unlike centers they have the opportunity to bond instead of a constant changing of teachers. The children have a more individualized training day as we focus on their level in a smaller group home setting. I am certified and licensed with the State of North Carolina and I have a BA in Sociology and Early Childhood Development. Prior to starting Precious Blessings Daycare Home I was a social worker for 11 years and prior to that I taught in the public school system. I love children and children are naturally drawn to me. I have a granddaughter whom I also keep in the daycare.
