Research shows that the skills and knowledge children have entering school are predictive of later achievement. As a result, Kinex Occupational Therapy, in collaboration with Simply Speaking has designed an elite, innovative program aimed at improving children’s academic success. This kindergarten readiness program is a multidisciplinary (speech language pathology and occupational therapy) approach for children ages three to five. The focus of this program is to advance speech, language, fine motor, social, intellectual, and physical development through play based interventions. Formal reports with objective measures will also be provided to monitor your child’s progress and development. Registration is now open for Monday/Wednesday sessions starting June 1, 2015.
