Little Einsteins Academy is hiring a part time Teacher for our childcare center located on 2896 S Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60608! We are looking for candidates that are passionate about the growth and development of the precious children. That can develop lesson plans, Meeting the individual needs of the children, Parent communication, Participation in staff & training meetings, Designing an appropriate room arrangement, Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, & learning. Must be loving, patient, dependable, organized and professional. Requirement: 1) Sixty semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) of credits from an accredited college or university with six semester or nine quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development, from birth to age six; -or- 2) One year (1560 clock hours) of child development experience in a nursery school, kindergarten, or licensed day care center and 30 semester hours(or 45 quarter hours) of credits from an accredited college or university with six semester or nine quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development, from birth to age six; -or- 3) Completion of credentialing programs, such as Child Development Associate or CDA.
