Need a break? It's important to know that you also need a little time to take care of yourself especially in those first months, an hour or so to do something purely on your own and enjoyable or take an uninterrupted nap, will benefit you in taking care of your little one. I can help... I am prepared and trained by the International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA) as a Postpartum Doula, and have studied to become an Infant Specialist/Parent Educator (I am not a Nurse). I am at your service and available on Mondays and Wednesdays for daytime complete care, and selective evenings, and overnights to assist you in caring for your Newborn/Infant. I am also a current Certified Red Cross Instructor in Adult, Infant/Child (Pediatric), and AED--CPR and First Aid. I have multiple resources and activities specific to infant development, and care.
