Meals and snacks provided. 13 years CPR/First Aid Certification State of AZ Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Experienced caregiver for children with Juvenile Type 1 Diabetes Transportation to/from local area schools and extracurricular activities may be available. Full-time, part-time or occasional care (half-day Wednesdays, Christmas Break, Spring Break, Fall Break). Please call me to discuss your family's childcare needs! All ages welcome. Rates listed below. Multiple children from same family will receive $5.00 discount off second or more child on same day. Infant to Children Under 1 Year of Age: Half-Day (less than 5 hours) $20.00/day Full-Day (5 - 10 hours) $30.00/day Children 1 Year of Age and Older: Half-Day (less than 5 hours) $15.00/day Full-Day (5 - 10 hours) $25.00 After-hours, overnights and weekend rates available on request.
