Sitter Job in Oxford, Michigan

I have 2 toddlers; 3.5 boy and 22mo girl. I am a single mom with lots of family support but there are times that I would need someone else. My ex is the normal person who watches the kids but he has recently gotten a job and we are running into schedule conflicts. I work full time M-F from 12p-9p. The sitter schedule would be random and I would have about a weeks notice as to when I would need someone. It may not always be for the entire day. I currently live back at home so watching the kids could be at your house of mine but if at mine my parents would probably be there so there would be that to deal with. I'm hoping to find someone fairly flexible and who can work on short notice. If available for the occasional Saturday night that would also be a plus. Thanks :)
