Greetings all Early Childcare Educators; I am Katelyn Williams, a recent graduate from the City College of San Francisco, Child Development program. The past three years I have been educated on children’s’ cognitive development, and age appropriate activities. I am highly motivated to utilize what I have learned in the classroom. I have experience in curriculum development, huge experience in providing safe, stimulating environments for young children. I am able to conduct individual or group activities that always encourage learning, develop social interaction skills, and imagination. Besides all the above stated, I am genuinely respectful of the families’ right to privacy keeping in consideration, the schools code of conduct. In order to be a better Early Childcare provider I am able to communicate with my supervisor about specific challenges, being always open to feedback.
