I am interested in providing child care services in my home if you work during the week and need a full time nanny or your home if you only need an occasional sitter. I have a 1-year-old son, whom I will additionally care for, but I will give your child or children the same love and attention I give my own son. I have many years of experience working with children, including teaching, caring for my three nieces, and babysitting. In caring for your son or daughter, I will follow a structure throughout each day, so your little one feels safe and is continuously playing, learning, reading, napping, or eating healthy meals or snacks. I will care for all physical and emotional needs. I love children, and they usually love me. Plus, my son plays great with other kids. Also, I keep a clean, child-proof house. In addition to simply caring for your child or children, if you have older kids, I can tutor them in English and writing. My education and work experience highlight my interest in students and my organizational skills. I attended the University of Alabama - Birmingham to attain my Master of Education, and I have worked with a variety of students through teaching in public schools for six years. I am comfortable caring for children of all ages. If you hire me for a long-term position where I keep your child or children in my home, I will charge $250 per week for 1 child and $300 for 2 children. Since I will also care for my own son, I will not keep more than 2 children. If you need a one time sitter for a date night or other outing, I charge $10/hour if you only have one child and an additional $3/hour for each additional child.
