Sitter Job in Lexington, Virginia

My husband and I have a 2-year-old little girl and we are looking for someone incredibly reliable, responsible and caring to watch over her while we are at work. Due to our careers, your work schedule (start time) would vary so we need someone who is willing to work with us on scheduling, though your finish time would almost always be no later than 6 p.m. You would come to our home each day & we would ask that you are able to warm the baby's bottles, feed and change her and give her the attention and affection that a growing, active toddler needs. We ask that you have a safe and reliable vehicle in case of an emergency and we are looking for someone who hopes to nanny in the long-term. In other words, we do not want our child hopping from nanny to nanny. We would like her to be comfortable with someone that we are comfortable with as well. A familiar face that both she and my husband and I can trust and rely on. We are looking for someone to start in a few months. The start date would be April 29th, but if you needed to begin sooner, we might be able to accommodate you. We would also ask that you spend a few hours with us, our present nanny and our baby to help you get to know her prior to the actual start date. We would need you full-time, normally 24-32 hours a week, but up to 40 hours on occasion.
