* SCFD accepts children 6 wks. through 5 yrs. - Monday - Friday - 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * We are First Aid and Red Cross, CPR certified for infants, children and adults. * A mother/daughter team with over 25 years combined daycare experience who regularly participate in health and safety classes and Early Childhood Development workshops. * We provide quality care to every child. We incorporate age-appropriate activities and education such as reading, language, art, and music in our play. Our goal is to make sure that parents have confidence in knowing your child is being properly cared for while you are away. We take care of your child and show them that they are important, special and loved every day. Your child’s day will be filled with fun and learning activities that will stimulate them, not only socially, but mentally, emotionally, and physically as well. Through play, your child will learn the importance of cooperation and sharing. They will learn social behavior and how to get along with others. We teach them how to understand their feelings, gain self confidence, and to respect others and themselves. We believe 'Fun is Learning and Learning is Fun'.
