Sitter Job in Clear Lake, Iowa

I have a 12 week old that currently goes to a daycare center. I am looking to switch to an in home daycare for a more personalized and homey setting! I would like to find someone who will encourage my child in reaching milestones and learning! My hours per day at work are not fixed so the times would vary week by week. The earliest I would need care is 7 am and the latest is 6 pm (very rarely.) I would be able to give my entire months schedule about a week or two before that month!
