Several years of interacting with kids have enhanced my sensitivity to their needs, i have a natural proclivity to help in their nurture and development and being a mother myself fully understand what it means to love a child and to help create a positive self esteem. i have taken child development courses and have applied it to my daily routine..... background is of Peruvian extract which have aided me in developing a strong belief in family and a healthy respect for the young as well as the old . i confess that I had to get help in writing this profile as my English is not up to par however that does not detract from my educational background as I have a bachelors degree from my homeland.
