Sitter Job in Nevada, Iowa

Single dad in Nevada working restaurant hours seeking a mature and responsible tenant and part-time child care provider in exchange for low rent. Rent $300 per month including all utilities. Tenant would have private living, bedroom and bathroom with shared, kitchen, laundry and garage. Child care responsibilities would consist of summer, after school, some activities transportation, some evenings and weekend care for an eight year old. References, credit and background check required. No partying or overnight guests allowed. I also have a very friendly chocolate lab that lives in the home as well.
