I need a sitter for two days a week to watch my daughter who just turned two. She isn't potty trained yet but is showing interest. I would need someone specifically Monday's and Tuesday's unless something changes. I'm looking for someone who is gentle with her, as she's a super sensitive girl, and uses methods other than yelling or spanking when it comes to discipline.
